What one credit buys
On Blocksona, 1 credit makes 1 skin on the Workbench. The price is the same in all five modes, from a selfie to a skin made from one sentence. Every skin is a full 64×64 file with the outer layer, comes with a .mcpack for Bedrock, and is kept in your private My skins library.
Some things never use a credit: Extra notes, the automatic repaint when the first try does not fit the layout, a Roblox username that is not found, and any generation that fails, which refunds itself.
Credit packs vs Builder pass
Packs are one-time purchases. The Builder pass is a subscription that adds credits every month or every year. Prices are in US dollars.

Making a few skins now and then? A pack is simpler, with nothing to cancel. Making new skins every month for a family, a clan or a server? The pass costs less per skin.
Free credits and free tools
Every new account gets 3 free credits, so you can try a few modes before you pay anything. You can also win free credits, or a $25 gift card, in the creator challenge by posting a reveal video of your skin.
The browser tools never use credits. The skin editor, the pixel art maker and the 3D skin viewer are free, and all three work without an account; the editor asks you to sign in only to save to My skins.
Refunds and failed skins
If a generation fails, the credit goes back to your balance automatically. There is nothing to ask for.
For money back on an unused credit pack, open a support ticket from your account within 14 days of buying. To stop a Builder pass, cancel it in Billing: future renewals stop, and the credits you already have stay until they expire.
How long credits last
Paid credits are valid for 365 days from purchase, for packs and the Builder pass alike. Builder pass credits you do not use in a month roll over, so nothing disappears at the end of a billing period.

Questions people ask
How do I pay?
Sign in, pick a pack or the pass, and pay on the payment provider's secure checkout page. Blocksona never sees your card number. Afterwards you land on Payments in your account, where every order is listed.
Is a credit pack a subscription?
No. Packs are paid once and never renew. Only the Builder pass renews, monthly or yearly, until you cancel it.
How do I cancel the Builder pass?
Open Billing in your account and press Cancel subscription. You keep the pass until the end of the period you paid for, and your credits stay until they expire.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days through a support ticket. Credits for failed generations come back on their own.
Do credits expire?
Yes, 365 days after purchase. Each purchase counts its own 365 days.
What happens if a generation fails?
The credit is refunded automatically, and you can try again with another photo or a clearer description. If the first try simply does not fit the skin layout, it is painted again at no cost.
Can my family share one account?
Yes. One account can make skins for everyone, and the Family pack has 60 credits for exactly that. The credits stay on that account, and each skin is a normal PNG you can pass to a brother, a sister or a friend. Kids should have a parent agree to the terms and handle the payment.
Can I give credits to someone else?
Credits cannot be moved between accounts. Share the skins instead: download the PNG or the .mcpack and send it.
Can I use the skins on my server or in videos?
Yes. Your skins are yours to wear in Minecraft and to use in your own videos, streams and servers.
Do I need credits for the skin editor or pixel art?
No. The skin editor, the pixel art maker and the 3D skin viewer are free.
